The college has four departments of tourism management, e-commerce, English and hotel management, and seven majors (directions) of tourism management, hotel management, exhibition economy and management, tourism management (direction of golf management), e-commerce, business English and landscape architecture, with nearly 1.500 undergraduates.

The college has passed the quality certification of tourism education of the World Tourism Organization for three times in a row, and is among the best in many tourism management majors in China. This major has a strong faculty and a reasonable structure. 15 Among the full-time teachers, 8 are professors and associate professors, and 8 are doctors. Most of the part-time teachers come from top tourism groups and service enterprises at home and abroad.
Most of the teachers have gone to the first-class tourism colleges in Europe and America for study, further study, visit or cooperative research, including George Washington University, Hotel College of Nevada State University in Las Vegas, University of Southern California and so on. Teachers' overall foreign language level is relatively high, and many professional teachers have the qualification certificate of Jinan University as an all-English teacher, offering many professional courses in English or bilingual teaching.
