How to audit the company's information planning

The essence of informatization is to serve the business of enterprises; If you are allowed to make comments, you can make comments from the following points:

1. What kind of help can informatization bring to the company's future development?

2. How does informatization improve the company's current business?

3. Can the information planning strategy (goal) correspond to the company's development strategy (goal, business goal)?

4. What are the problems and demands of company informatization at present? What information is used to solve it?

To understand the above viewpoints, some people should think that you are an information expert with practical business experience.

5. Is the overall framework of planning divided into basic network layer, data layer, support layer, application layer and presentation layer?

6. Have you described the technical framework and technical route?

7. According to the overall framework, can it be split into information construction projects?

The above problems can only be understood by people at the planning level.

8. The next step is whether some systems and projects are integrated, whether data can be circulated, and whether it meets business needs;
