2. Application Form
Each volunteer corresponds to an application form. After downloading the application form, candidates need to be stamped by the middle school and signed by themselves. If colleges and universities require payment at the registration stage, candidates can download the application form only after paying the fee. If the university requests to upload the application form, it needs to upload the application form to the system for imitation excavation; If colleges and universities do not require uploading in the system, you need to read the specific instructions on the college enrollment brochure and provide it offline. Candidates are advised to fill in all the information as completely as possible and check it before downloading the application form and stamping it.
