Four. Recruitment procedure
1. Registration time: 65438+20081October 8th.

2. Written examination: The written examination shall be organized according to the ratio of the number of applicants for each position to the number of recruits not less than 3: 1. The time and place of the examination shall be subject to the admission ticket.
3. Interview: After the written test is finished, the candidates for each position will be determined according to the ratio of the number of recruiters to the number of interviewers 1:3. Applicants with full-time master's degree or above can be exempted from the written test and directly enter the interview assessment. The interview is graded according to the percentage system, and the minimum score control line is 60 points. If the minimum score line is not reached, the number of recruitment positions and people will be reduced in turn. The interview time and place will be announced after the written test results are announced.
4. Assessment: According to the order of interview results from high to low, an equal assessment is conducted according to the number of planned recruits.
5. Physical examination: According to the examination results, the candidates who take part in the physical examination are selected. The physical examination is carried out with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) promulgated by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health in June 2005 and the standards that meet the health requirements of catering service employees.
6. Publicity and employment: Yunnan Provincial Reception Office will study and determine the candidates to be employed according to the results of interview, assessment and physical examination, and publicize the confirmed candidates on Yunnan Talent Network (www.ynrs.gov.com) for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, it shall be submitted to the Provincial Personnel Department for examination and approval, and the employed personnel shall go through the employment procedures. The probation period is 1 year, and the salary shall be implemented according to the national regulations.

The written test is divided into two parts: basic theory and professional knowledge. The scope of public knowledge examination is the examination book for recruiters of public institutions published by Yunnan University Press, A Course for Recruitment Examination for Staff of Public Institutions in Yunnan Province. The scope of professional knowledge examination is the professional teaching materials required for each position. Basic theory and professional knowledge account for 40% and 60% respectively. The interview mainly examines the professional skills, professional quality and working ability that meet the requirements of the post.
