How to improve the accuracy of electronic precision balance

Electronic precision balance is a kind of high-precision electronic balance, which has built-in high-precision weighing sensor, so its accuracy and sensitivity have been improved, and it is widely used in quantitative analysis in laboratories, scientific research institutes and other places. We all know that electronic precision balance is based on the principle of electromagnetic force balance. Although the measurement accuracy and sensitivity are higher than the traditional mechanical precision balance, due to the influence of external temperature and electromagnetic environment, some details should be paid attention to when using this electronic precision balance, so as to improve its weighing accuracy. Matters needing attention in the use of precision balance:

1, fully preheat before use, generally more than 30 minutes. The higher the precision of the balance, the longer the preheating time should be.

2. Calibrate with standard weights before use, and select weights of corresponding grades for scales with different accuracy.

3. Readings should be taken at a fixed time after loading. For example, all readings should be taken at the indicated value of 5 seconds after loading or when all readings are displayed in units.

4, multiple measurements, average (3~5 times).

5, the room should avoid direct sunlight, it is best to choose a shady room or use shading.

6. The precision balance should be far away from sound sources, such as railways, highways, vibrating machines and other vibrating machinery. When it is unavoidable, shockproof measures should be taken.

7. Stay away from heat sources and high-intensity electromagnetic fields.

8. The temperature of the studio should be constant, preferably around 20℃.

9. The relative humidity of the studio should be between 45% and 75%.

10, the studio should be clean to avoid the influence of airflow.

1 1. Before use, adjust the level to the middle position.
