The US-China Cultural Exchange Center, referred to as ACCEC for short, was established in Los Angeles on June 5438+0994 with the approval of the California Secretary of State's Office, and a representative office was established in Beijing on August 1998 with the approval of China's Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. It is a non-governmental organization that promotes economic, cultural, scientific, technological, educational and economic exchanges between the United States and China, and has cooperated with relevant government departments, scientific and educational institutions and economic and trade enterprises of the two countries.

After more than 65,438+00 years' efforts, the center has spread the message of friendship, understanding and cooperation in two directions, and established close friendly relations with relevant people in the United States and China.
