Individual citizens voluntarily submit their identity documents to the relevant institutions, and the staff of the relevant institutions transmit the information voluntarily submitted by citizens, such as their names and ID numbers, to the "National Citizenship Information Database" of the Ministry of Public Security for comparison, and get a "consistent" or "inconsistent" comparison result. If they are consistent, they can further compare the photos to confirm whether the photos are consistent with the identity card author himself.
How to reissue an ID card?
1. I bring my household registration book or other documents that can prove my identity to any police station or accreditation center in the provincial administrative region where my household registration is located. Those who meet the conditions of legal and stable residence, employment or schooling outside the province, have registered their population information, and meet the unified requirements of the Ministry of Public Security for accreditation in different places, can also apply for a national inter-provincial accreditation in their current residence by virtue of their residence permit, household registration book or valid identity documents issued by other public security organs and relevant certification materials for schooling/employment/residence.
2. After collecting portraits and fingerprints in the acceptance window, directly print the Registration Form for Applying for Resident Identity Card or the Registration Form for Accepting Resident Identity Card in Different Places.
3. The applicant shall sign the confirmation form and get the resident identity card.
4. After receiving the license notice, I hold the "Resident Identity Card" to collect the certificate at the designated place. Applicants who urgently need to use their resident identity cards may voluntarily apply for mailing certificates.
