The enrollment of the first grade primary school and the first grade junior high school in the autumn of 2022 in private compulsory education schools is organized and implemented in accordance with the Implementation Plan for Enrollment of Private Compulsory Education Schools in Raoping County in 2022 (annex 1). Students register through the platform. For details, please refer to the Operation Guide for Registration System of Private Compulsory Education Schools in Raoping County in 2022 (Annex 3).
Second, registration related matters
1. Registration entrance: scan the QR code to follow the official account of "e-school information" WeChat.
2. "Platform" registration time: July 22-23 for primary schools; Junior high school is from July 24th to 25th.
3. Examination confirmation (on-site confirmation is required after registration through the "platform") Time: the examination confirmation time announced by the "platform".
4. Verify and confirm the unit: the first grade of primary school, fill in the town central primary school to which the student's first voluntary school belongs; In the first grade of junior high school, the primary school in the town center where the students graduated from primary school (county-level primary school graduates go to the original school for review and confirmation). If you don't fill in or confirm it within the time limit, or you can't be admitted because you have misstated, omitted or lied about volunteering information, it will be regarded as a waiver of your degree. Please check the information carefully before signing for confirmation.
Third, the computer publicly shakes the number.
Time: 9: 30 am on July 3 1 Sunday.
Venue: Zhongshan Experimental School, Raoping County (No.80 Shanfen Middle Road, Huanggang Town, Raoping County).
The results of lottery admission will be announced on the spot, and students who are admitted by lottery must complete their registration within 3 days after the results are announced. If it fails, it is regarded as automatic abandonment. Students who do not participate in the lottery can participate in public schools where their household registration is located.
Notaries, discipline inspectors, deputies to the National People's Congress, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, representatives of the news media and parents of students are invited to participate in the lottery to ensure that the lottery is fair, just and open. Parents who are willing to supervise the lottery work on the spot, please register at the private school that filled in the first choice on the morning of July 28th and get the enrollment lottery supervision card. Only 10 parents can participate in on-site supervision in each private school, and parents can enter the school with their cards.
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the relevant personnel participating in the on-site lottery will wear masks all the time, and consciously cooperate with relevant epidemic prevention work such as measuring body temperature, scanning Guangdong health code registration, and showing Guangdong health code.
