The validity period of the second-level constructor's renewal registration is only three years. After the renewal of registration expires, if you need to continue practicing, you can apply for renewal of registration again. After applying for renewal of registration again, you can continue to practice in the name of second-class construction engineer.
The second-level construction engineer shall submit the application form for renewal of registration, the original registration certificate, a copy of the employment labor contract signed by the applicant and the employing unit or other valid certification documents, and certification materials that meet the requirements of continuing education.
If the registered personnel meet the following conditions, the second-level constructor shall not apply for renewal of registration:
(a) does not have full capacity for civil conduct;
(2) applying for registration in two or more units;
(three) does not meet the requirements of continuing education of registered architects;
(four) subject to criminal punishment, has not yet been completed;
(5) Being subjected to criminal punishment for practicing activities, and less than 5 years have passed since the date of completion of the execution of criminal punishment and the date of application for registration;
(6) Having been subjected to criminal punishment for reasons other than those mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and less than three years have passed from the date of the decision on punishment to the date of applying for registration;
(seven) the registration certificate has been revoked, and it has been less than 2 years since the date of punishment decision to the date of application for registration;
(eight) in the three years before the date of applying for registration as a project manager, a major quality and safety accident occurred in the project in charge;
(9) The employer of the applicant does not meet the requirements of the registered unit;
(10) Over 65 years of age;
(eleven) other circumstances that laws and regulations do not allow registration.
