What is the basic process of information consultation?

1. Enter: explore organizational needs (collect data), conclude contracts, start to enter the system (contact), and psychologically intervene in the system (establish relationships).

2. Diagnosis stage: collect data, clarify problems, set goals and plan possible intervention plans.

3. Implementation stage: selection of intervention scheme, formation scheme, implementation scheme and effect evaluation (such as scheme evaluation).

4. Disengagement: evaluation of consultation process, post-consultation plan, reduction of participation and follow-up, termination, etc.

Information consultation is the process of helping others to provide professional services and helping clients to deal with the related work or management problems of the case system. Its goal is to help customers and case systems in some special ways. Therefore, consultation is a process of providing information and suggestions and solving problems (not involving the personal problems of the consulted), which can be divided into internal or external consultants.
