Can I move back to my original residence after selling my house?

On the premise of meeting the conditions, you can:

1. The party concerned meets the household registration policy requirements of the place where the household registration is moved (for example, the party concerned is unmarried and unemployed and the property has been transferred);

2. If the village (neighborhood) committee and the head of the household where the party's household registration is located agree to accept the party's household registration, they can move the party's household registration back to their original place without changing the "non-agricultural" nature;

3. The parties may bring household registration books, ID cards, etc. And consult the staff of the household registration section of the police station in the jurisdiction where the household registration originated, subject to the other party's reply.

What about selling the house?

Now one room can accommodate two families. You can negotiate with the person who bought your house, sign a supplementary agreement and give you some time to move out. In the meantime, you can think of other ways, or go to the suite, leave your account, or move to your family name. Moving one's surname is a better method, and it is also safer. After the account moves out, if there is no house, you can go to the police station where you want to enter the account as needed! You can also hang your hukou to the local talent market first, but the talent market generally charges 3,500 yuan a year. If you don't know what you need, you can consult the local police station or household registration office. The country can't let your account have no place to move just because you sold the house.

Various provinces and cities have introduced community trusteeship policies. This is a community collective account, usually with the address of the community neighborhood Committee as the address. The following categories of citizens can apply:

1. After selling the house, no immediate family members can ask for help;

2. When soldiers leave the army and go home, the house cannot be sold;

3. Divorced husband and wife do not divide the property, and there is no unit or relative to rely on;

4. Citizens who purchase faster houses have signed contracts but are temporarily unable to move into their household registration;

5. Vacant households in the community due to historical reasons.

6. In addition, there are individual citizens whose household registration falls in the collective household of the original unit. When they leave the original unit and have not found a new unit, they can also apply for a community custody account. If you meet the above conditions after selling the house, you can go to your neighborhood and ask if you can move in.

Legal basis:

Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
