(a) the basic information of industrial and commercial registration;
(2) Organization code;
(3) Special administrative license;
(4) Qualification grade;
(5) Other basic information about the enterprise. Fourteenth the following information is recorded in the enterprise credit information:
(1) Enterprises rated as "abiding by contracts and keeping promises";
(2) The enterprise is commended or rewarded, or the legal representative is commended or rewarded related to the enterprise;
(three) the enterprise trademark is recognized as a "well-known trademark in China" or a famous trademark in the province;
(four) the enterprise won the quality management award at or above the municipal level;
(five) the product is included in the national and provincial exemption scope;
(6) It has been rated as A-level tax credit rating by the tax authorities;
(seven) debt performance and tax payment;
(eight) the employment and wages of enterprises and the payment of social insurance premiums;
(9) The operation and financial status of the enterprise;
(ten) failed to pass the special or regular inspection carried out by the administrative organ according to law;
(eleven) subject to a large amount of fines related to the production and operation of enterprises, confiscation of illegal income, confiscation of illegal property, order to suspend production or business or revoke the license and other administrative penalties;
(twelve) the enterprise has a major quality and safety accident;
(thirteen) due to violation of financial laws, regulations and rules by the financial and auditing organs;
(fourteen) the legal representative or principal responsible person of the enterprise shall be investigated for criminal responsibility related to the enterprise;
(fifteen) the implementation of the effective judgment document or arbitration award;
(sixteen) other information about enterprise credit. Fifteenth enterprise credit information in the process of collection and transmission, should abide by the provisions of the state on computer information security protection.
