Tianjin Institute of Physical Education is a public undergraduate college which focuses on education and has the coordinated development of management, literature, art and science. It is headed by Tianjin Education Commission.

2. Anhui University
The school was founded in April 1928 in Anqing, then the provincial capital. 3. Yangtze University

Jianghan Petroleum Institute, formerly known as Beijing Institute of Petroleum Technology founded by 1950, began to hold general undergraduate education at 1978, which belongs to China Oil and Gas Group. 4. Zhangjiakou College
Zhangjiakou College, located in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is an applied undergraduate college in Hebei Province. 5. Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology
The college, formerly known as Benxi Metallurgical College, was founded in 1948 and was originally affiliated to the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. 1958, upgraded to Benxi iron and steel institute; In May 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was upgraded to an undergraduate college and renamed as University of Science and Technology Liaoning.
