Surveying and mapping qualification content of Henan construction bidding network;
Article 22 The State shall implement a surveying and mapping qualification management system for units engaged in surveying and mapping activities.
Units engaged in surveying and mapping activities shall meet the following conditions, and may engage in surveying and mapping activities only after obtaining the corresponding level of surveying and mapping qualification certificate according to law:
(a) having professional and technical personnel suitable for their surveying and mapping activities;
(2) Having technical equipment and facilities suitable for its surveying and mapping activities;
(3) Having a sound technical quality assurance system and a management system for surveying and mapping achievements and data files;
(four) have other conditions stipulated by the administrative department of Surveying and mapping in the State Council.
Article 23 The administrative departments of surveying and mapping in the State Council and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for surveying and mapping qualification examination and qualification certificate issuance according to the division of responsibilities, and the specific measures shall be formulated by the administrative departments of surveying and mapping in the State Council in consultation with other relevant departments in the State Council.
The competent department of military surveying and mapping is responsible for surveying and mapping qualification examination of military surveying and mapping units.
Twenty-fourth surveying and mapping units shall not go beyond the scope of qualification or engage in surveying and mapping activities in the name of other surveying and mapping units, and shall not allow other units to engage in surveying and mapping activities in the name of their own units.
Surveying and mapping project contracting, surveying and mapping project contracting units shall not contract out to units that do not have the corresponding surveying and mapping qualification grade or force surveying and mapping units to contract out at a price lower than the surveying and mapping cost.
Surveying and mapping units shall not subcontract contracted surveying and mapping projects.
Twenty-fifth professional and technical personnel engaged in surveying and mapping activities shall have the corresponding qualifications, and the specific measures shall be formulated by the administrative department of Surveying and mapping of the State Council in conjunction with the administrative department of personnel of the State Council.
Twenty-sixth surveying and mapping personnel shall hold surveying and mapping work certificates when conducting surveying and mapping activities.
No unit or individual may hinder or obstruct surveying and mapping personnel from conducting surveying and mapping activities according to law.
Twenty-seventh surveying and mapping unit qualification certificate, professional certificate of surveying and mapping technicians and surveying and mapping work certificate style shall be uniformly prescribed by the administrative department of Surveying and mapping of the State Council.
