Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and our province, and in combination with the actual situation of our college, in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of the college in 2020, standardize the enrollment behavior, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the college and candidates. The Articles of Association is applicable to the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in Henan Vocational College of Industry and Information Technology in 2020.
Article 2 The principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, and merit-based admission shall be applied to the enrollment of colleges and universities.
Article 3 Enrollment of colleges and universities shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and their parents, news media and all sectors of society.
Chapter II General Situation of College

Article 7 Henan Vocational College of Industry and Information Technology is affiliated to Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. It is a full-time public institution of higher learning approved by the People's Government of Henan Province and registered by the Ministry of Education. College was established in 1975, and has gone through several development stages, such as Henan Coal Mine School, Jiaozuo Coal Industry School and Henan Engineering and Technology School. Candidates with the same scores are ranked according to Chinese scores, math scores and English scores.
2. Music performance majors cross the line in the enrollment process in Henan, and are admitted from high scores to low scores according to the scores of professional courses in the provincial unified examination.
Article 15 Foreign language: English. There are no related subject scores and additional examination course requirements.
Article 16 Our school implements the policies and regulations of provincial education administrative departments and enrollment examination institutions on adding or subtracting points.
Seventeenth of the candidates' physical fitness requirements, according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "guidance" of college entrance examination.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 25 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
