How does Amazon contact American customers?

Contact buyer function

1. In the order drop-down menu, select Manage Orders.

2. Find the order that the seller wants to communicate with the buyer, and then click the buyer's name in the order details.

3. In the Contact Buyer form, select a topic from the drop-down box.

4. Enter a message in the message text box.

Note: the information sent to the buyer can only be in plain text format. We will block any messages that contain hyperlinks or other HTML code.

5. Click "Send" to send the seller's message.

If the email is attached with a form to contact the buyer, a copy will be sent to the seller's customer service email address (located on the seller's account information page). An anonymous email address will be provided in the email received by the buyer for the buyer to reply to the email directly. All subsequent communication will be conducted directly through email or the message inboxes of the buyer and the seller in the seller's account.
