3 responsibility
3. 1 The person in charge of the production department is the first person responsible for the safety production of climbing operation, and is responsible for the effective implementation of the safety management regulations for climbing operation.
3.2 The person in charge of the project production site shall be familiar with the rules and regulations of on-site safety production and strictly implement them. Take direct responsibility for the safety of climbing operation.
3.3 The production safety officer of the project shall grasp the hazard sources in time and implement the prevention plan, and supervise the daily safety work of climbing operation.
4 management content and requirements
4. 1 General requirements
(1) Carry out the idea of "safety first, prevention first", organize publicity and education in time, so that employees can fully understand the importance of safety production and establish the awareness of safety protection.
(2) According to the production situation of the project site, preliminarily identify and evaluate the hazards, and formulate control measures.
(3) Personnel engaged in climbing operations must be in good health, and personnel with relevant contraindications are prohibited from engaging in related climbing operations.
(4) Strengthen the daily supervision and inspection of Ansheng production, coordinate and solve the problems found in time, and report the major safety problems in time.
(5) Once a year, the department manager will designate a special person to inspect and record the climbing equipment.
4.2 Mountaineering Safety Regulations
4.2. 1 Wear non-slip shoes with rubber soles and climb safely from under your feet.
4.2.2 When the mountain slope is greater than 30, two or more people must climb together, and carry safety ropes when necessary. In rainy and snowy weather, it is forbidden to climb steep slopes above 30.
4.2.3 In the process of climbing, you should choose a safe area to travel and avoid walking in places where there is danger of falling rocks or on the edge of steep cliffs.
4.2.4 When going deep into mountainous areas, we should do a good job in guiding various fixed targets along the way, and draw a road map when necessary to avoid getting lost.
4.2.5 When climbing in summer, you should bring enough drinking water to replenish the water needed by your body to avoid collapse and heatstroke.
4.2.6 When working at the top of the mountain in thunderstorm weather, you should hide in a relatively low-lying place or a place covered by a dry bunker in time, and turn off the wireless communication equipment in time. It is strictly forbidden to carry related items such as poles, racks, umbrellas, hoes and shovels on your shoulders to prevent lightning strikes.

4.3. 1 aerial work classification
As long as you are engaged in work that is more than 2 meters (including 2 meters) from the datum level or that is likely to fall, it is called aerial work. Aerial work is divided into three levels:
(1) Level I aerial work: the height of aerial work is 2m-5m.
(2) Secondary aerial work: the aerial work height is 5m- 15m.
(3) Level III aerial work: the altitude of aerial work is 15m-30m.
