In 2006, the Plastic Surgery Center of Zigong Huaxi Friendship Hospital admitted about 300 college students, accounting for a quarter of the plastic surgery population, of whom more than 95% were girls. According to the statistics of a plastic surgery hospital, more than 100 female college students are lying on the operating table this month.

In addition, with the outbreak of the world financial crisis, many companies are facing layoffs, which makes the employment problem more serious. Among them, female college students deserve more attention. The biggest obstacle for female college students to find jobs is the gender discrimination of employers. Some units have made it clear that they only recruit boys. Although some units do not disclose their gender requirements, they will put forward extremely demanding requirements for girls, and even pay different salaries for equal work. Many companies clearly point out when recruiting girls that height is not less than a few, facial features are correct, and good looks are preferred. The above shows that the employment pressure of female students is greater than that of male students.

In addition, a series of beauty contests do not regard beauty as the only criterion, but a necessary condition of "beauty". Phoenix TV said that "beauty can change life" and "beauty can create the world", which largely reflected the reality of this society. Therefore, female college students seek social preference and recognition for themselves through "plastic surgery".

Gender patterns and role expectations in social culture will ultimately affect people's cognitive styles, and female college students with higher education are no exception. Influenced by traditional ideas, female college students generally have the inferiority complex of "women are inferior to men" and "not attractive enough in appearance". From the psychological point of view, the proliferation of female college students' plastic surgery is a kind of self-distrust, an act of not accepting themselves and trying to cover up the real content with superficial phenomena [2].
2.2.2 Get quick success and instant benefit
The promotion of inner beauty needs a long process, and knowledge and cultivation can not show results overnight, and may even belong to them forever. With the development of science and technology, creating beautiful women has become a reality, so some people turn to the pursuit of external beauty, hoping that they will instantly change from ugly to beautiful, get social recognition and pursuit, and thus win higher personal and social values.

Some college students may worship some stars too much, instead of learning the good qualities of stars, they ask doctors to be their whole "sworn enemies", or think that some stars are famous, hoping to make their faces look more like stars and provide convenience for finding jobs. I don't know that plastic surgery is not "cloning", not simply "cutting" the face and then "copying" the face of a star. This kind of blind follow-up, only personal imagination requires cosmetic surgery, and the result is often counterproductive [3].
3. How to treat female college students with plastic surgery?

Most college students think that length has a great influence on a person. In interpersonal communication, the first impression of a person is first obtained from his appearance and looks. Whether it's job hunting or dating, people with good looks always have an advantage. It seems that college students know something about this. Especially senior students, facing the pressure of employment, think more practically. Having a good appearance can leave a good impression on people, which undoubtedly adds a weight to competition [4].
3.2 Employer's attitude towards cosmetic surgery
The manager of the human resources department of a unit believes that different positions do have different requirements for appearance, but they cannot be generalized. The most important thing is to evaluate the candidate's internal conditions. The manager of an internet company said that he would not consider each other's looks when employing people, and they valued each other's abilities more. The manager of a high-tech company said that when the strength is equal, they will still choose to look good. Moreover, in the interview, the strength is often not clear at a glance, but beauty can often give people a good first impression.
3.3 From a psychological point of view, college students face-lifting
Zong, a psychological counselor at the Psychological Counseling Center of East China Normal University, believes that whether it is because of idolized plastic surgery, because of being too worried about one's appearance, or because of looking for a job, there is a common feature: lack of self-confidence. Most of these students can't accept themselves psychologically, so they want to cover up the real content with superficial phenomena, thus ignoring the cultivation of their own abilities [5]. In addition, if you expect too much from plastic surgery and think that you can change your destiny through plastic surgery, then under the influence of this motivation, it is easy to produce abnormal psychological deviation. Therefore, before plastic surgery, we must first have a correct and objective understanding of our plastic surgery motivation and expected effect.
Through the above analysis, there are many factors that affect college students' cosmetic surgery, both the pursuit of beauty and the helplessness of employment. The attitudes of all walks of life towards college students' cosmetic surgery are also very different. Look at the plastic surgery of college students rationally, neither blindly supporting nor blindly accusing. To correctly guide college students' pursuit of beauty, we should not only pay attention to external beauty, but also pay attention to the cultivation of internal beauty and the improvement of comprehensive quality.
