HRSSC is the service center of human resources, which means that enterprise groups gather all administrative affairs related to human resources management in each business unit to establish a service center. The center provides human resource management services for all business units of the group, and business units pay for their services.
SSC does so many single businesses, serves so many employees and delivers so many services such as recruitment and resignation every year. It fully studies some concepts of human resources and psychology, and makes some in-depth analysis of recruitment, salary, performance and resignation data in combination with the company's revenue and profit as the analytical basis for leadership decision-making.
There are two main modes of SSC, namely, comprehensive SSC, which packages the routine work of finance, human resources, IT, procurement and other departments to this * * * enjoyment center for unified management and standardized services. The local SSC belongs to the small enjoyment. Establishing SSC within HR department is usually divided into three departments: service center, expert consultation center and system center. Service center is the key department, and expert consultation center and system center provide support for the service department.
