Due to the difference of informatization level and insufficient publicity, most people think that information security incidents such as system paralysis, hacker attacks and virus infection are impossible in China or even in their own fields, and they are often careless and lack vigilance. Most network administrators also lack due awareness of protection, and many websites do not take security measures, which also leads to a vicious circle of ignoring the research and development of information security and the cultivation of information security talents.
(B) China's information security technology development is inherently inadequate.
Mainly reflected in the fragility of technology. China's information infrastructure is almost entirely based on foreign core technologies. The basic integrated circuit chips manufactured by computer hardware and communication equipment mainly rely on imports, and even the system software and supporting software are basically foreign products. There are a lot of security vulnerabilities and hidden dangers in software and hardware, so it is difficult to find and ensure their security. Therefore, the dependence on informatization in important fields and high-tech fields has affected national security, social order and management mechanism.
(C) China's information security system is still in an imperfect state.
The research on network information security technology in China started late, but as a new discipline and new technology research field, this research has attracted great attention from our government and academic circles in recent years. At present, the research on computer network information security technology in China is mostly based on network defense technology. Compared with developed countries, there is a considerable gap in network attack technology, network defense technology, network attack and defense testing and evaluation technology, and the overall technical gap is even greater in network information security defense system, large-scale network attack, early warning and defense, testing and evaluation, and wireless network attack and defense.
