1952- 1954 was appointed as a professor of tea specialty in Agricultural College of Anhui University.
1954 ——1992 Professor of Tea Department of Anhui Agricultural College, who has served as director of teaching and research section, director of scientific research department and provost of tea biochemistry.
1957— 1992 successively served as the first academic member of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the second executive director of China Agricultural Society, the first vice chairman, the second and third directors of China Tea Society, and now he is the honorary director and honorary chairman of China Agricultural Society.
