Chapter three? Enrollment plan, enrollment conditions and admission principles
Article 8? Conscientiously implement the central government's decision-making and deployment on promoting education equity, and reasonably determine the enrollment plan by province and specialty according to the requirements of higher authorities and the needs of national economic and social development, school conditions, employment situation of graduates, and the situation of students in various provinces. The enrollment plan of the school by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the enrollment departments of all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions).
Article 9? The number of reserved plans of this school shall not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plans of this school this year. The reservation plan is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students.
Article 10? Registration conditions:
1. Candidates who meet the registration requirements stipulated by the provincial entrance examination department in their place of origin can apply for the exam.
2. Physical health requirements: Candidates' physical health requirements should be implemented in the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities and the Notice on Further Standardizing Physical Examination for Enrollment and Employment and Safeguarding the Enrollment and Employment Rights of HBsAg Carriers jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and relevant state departments.
3. Language requirements in the college entrance examination language: English majors only recruit English language candidates, and Japanese majors recruit English or Japanese language candidates; Other majors do not restrict candidates' language. After entering the school, they mainly arrange public foreign language teaching of English. Non-English language candidates should apply carefully according to their own situation.
4. To apply for English major in our school, candidates are required to have a solid English foundation and good English scores; Some courses of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs are taught in English, which requires candidates to have a good English foundation; Architecture, urban and rural planning and landscape architecture require candidates to have a certain artistic foundation.
5. Article 11? Admission principle:
1. The school adheres to the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and enrolls students in batches according to the classification of general and art majors.

For the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the document transfer ratio should be controlled within 105% in principle.
3. Undergraduate enrollment in our school (excluding Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) is accepted according to the unified college entrance examination results and the principle of "score first and voluntary". If the enrollment plan of parallel volunteer is not completed after batch filing, the remaining plans will be publicly collected, and the unfinished plans will be transferred to provinces with sufficient students.
4. Candidates who meet the care bonus policy will participate in the professional admission ranking according to the total score after the bonus. Our school enrolls students in Jiangsu Province, and implements the care admission policy stipulated by the Admissions Committee of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province. Enrollment in other provinces (cities, autonomous regions) recognizes the college entrance examination plus points confirmed by the provincial admissions Committee.
5. General professional admission method:
(1) According to the principle of "ranking by scores and following volunteers", the professional arrangement of the candidates in the file is ranked from high to low, and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers.
Sorting rules for candidates with the same score:
① Candidates from Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong and Hainan are ranked from high to low according to the sum of Chinese and mathematics, the highest score in Chinese or mathematics, the highest score in foreign languages, the highest score in selected subjects and the second highest score in selected subjects. If it is still the same, compare the order of candidates' professional volunteers, and the order takes precedence over the former. If they are the same, refer to the comprehensive quality evaluation information of candidates for admission. Finally, deal with candidates who can't meet the professional volunteers and obey the professional adjustment.
② Candidates from Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong and Chongqing are ranked from high to low according to the sum of Chinese and mathematics, the highest score in Chinese or mathematics, the highest score in foreign languages, the highest score in preferred subjects and the highest score in multiple-choice subjects. If it is still the same, compare the professional volunteer order of candidates, and the former is preferred. If they are the same, refer to the comprehensive quality evaluation information of candidates for admission. Finally, deal with candidates who can't meet the professional volunteers and obey the professional adjustment.
(3) Other provinces implement the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers" for candidates' professional arrangement; If the scores are the same, science and engineering give priority to those with high math scores; Literature and history, giving priority to those with high Chinese scores. Finally, deal with candidates who can't meet the professional volunteers and obey the professional adjustment.
(2) Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission rule of "queuing up according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1".
6. Admission methods for art majors:
(1) Music category: Admission is subject to the results of the provincial unified examination. Candidates' scores meet the requirements of the corresponding batches in their provinces. Ranked according to professional achievements, and admitted according to the principle of "score first, volunteer first" as planned. If they are the same, those with high cultural achievements are preferred, and those with high total scores in Chinese and foreign languages are preferred.
(2) Fine Arts: Candidates who apply for the fine arts major in our school, whose scores in the college entrance examination and the unified professional examination have reached the minimum admission control score of their province, and are not color-blind or disadvantaged, are admitted according to the comprehensive scores of their province (that is, the scores converted from cultural achievements and professional achievements). If the comprehensive scores are the same, those with the highest professional scores will be given priority, and those with the same total scores at home and abroad will be given priority; The provinces that are not classified according to comprehensive scores are sorted according to the total scores obtained by adding professional scores and cultural scores, and are admitted according to the principle of "score priority and voluntary priority" as planned. In the same case, priority will be given to those with high professional scores and those with high total scores in Chinese and foreign languages.
7. According to the "professional group of colleges and universities", all provinces are admitted according to the actual number of students admitted by the professional group, and the admission rule of "score first" is adopted within the same professional group. When all the majors reported by the candidates are completed, the school will adjust the admission according to whether the candidates meet the professional voluntary adjustment, and the adjustment scope is limited to the same "college professional group".
8. Other types of admission methods:
(1) The admission method for high-level sports teams shall be implemented according to the provisions of the Ministry of Education, the admission examination departments of provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) and the corresponding enrollment brochures of our school this year.
(2) Candidates for national special programs, candidates for local special programs, candidates for separate programs in southern Xinjiang, graduates of high school classes in Xinjiang in the Mainland, candidates for targeted employment, and candidates for ethnic minority preparatory classes are transferred to undergraduate courses after graduation, and are admitted according to the relevant enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education, the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government, autonomous regions) and schools where the students are located.
Chapter four? supplementary terms
Article 12? At the time of registration, the school conducts a preliminary examination of the qualifications of new students, and those who pass the examination go through the admission procedures and register as students; After examination, it is found that the admission notice, candidate information and other supporting materials of freshmen are inconsistent with my actual situation, or there are other situations that violate the provisions of the national entrance examination, and the admission qualification is cancelled.
After students enter the school, the school will review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within 3 months. In the review, it is found that students resort to deceit and engage in malpractices for personal gain, and their school status will be cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be handed over to the relevant departments for investigation and handling.
