According to the provisions of "Unified Open Recruitment of Management Personnel and Professional and Technical Personnel in Municipal Institutions of Liupanshui City on 20 12", the recruitment leading group decided to interview the recruitment staff of municipal institutions on September 22nd and 23rd of 20 12. I. Respondents

Interviews are divided into three categories:

Class A: All candidates whose written subject is Class A "Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs" and whose written subject is B 10 "Preschool Education";

Class B: Candidates whose written subjects range from B 1 to B9, B 1 1, and B 12;

Class C: Candidates whose written test subjects are positions C 1, C2 and C3;

According to "Unified Open Recruitment of Management Personnel and Professional and Technical Personnel in 20 12 Municipal Institutions in Liupanshui City", "After qualification review, the number of people in the recruitment plan is reduced through the position where the ratio of the number of people reviewed to the number of people in the recruitment plan is less than 3: 1; If no candidate passes the qualification examination, the position will be cancelled. " "The ratio between the number of job recruitment plans and the number of people who passed the qualification review is less than 3: 1, and their interview scores must reach the average score of the candidates interviewed in the examination room on the same day before they can enter the next link." Second, the interview method

1, Class A candidates are interviewed by structured interview with reference to the civil service recruitment;

2. Candidates for Class B positions are interviewed by lectures. The interview contents and subjects of each position are as follows:

B2: "Middle School Mathematics": the content in the compulsory 1 experimental textbook of ordinary high school curriculum standards.

B4: "Chemistry in Middle School": the content in PEP 1, the standard experimental textbook for ordinary high schools.

B5: Middle School Physics: the content in the standard experimental textbook Shandong Edition 1 for ordinary high schools.

B6: History of Middle School: the content in the compulsory course of People's Publishing House 1, the standard experimental textbook for ordinary high schools.

B7: Middle School Geography: the content in the compulsory course 1 of Hunan Education Press, the standard experimental textbook for ordinary high schools.

B8: Middle School Japanese: the content of the new version of Japanese (the primary version of People's Education Edition) and the standard of Sino-Japanese communication.

B9: Middle School Politics: The content in the standard experimental textbook PEP 1 for ordinary high schools.

B 1 1: Primary Chinese: the content in the first volume of the fifth grade of primary Chinese in the compulsory education curriculum standard experimental textbook, Southwest Normal University Press.

B 12: Primary Mathematics: The content in the "Compulsory Education Curriculum Standard Experimental Textbook Primary Mathematics Grade Five Volume I" published by People's Education Publishing House.

Note: Candidates for Class B positions should bring their own teaching materials and bring them to the waiting room on the day of the interview.

3. The interview of candidates for Class C positions mainly adopts a structured interview to test the professional and technical level of candidates.
