It is one of the enterprises with the highest degree of localization of key equipment in the wind power industry. Based on the technical foundation of the National 863 Plan, we independently developed 1.5 MW doubly-fed wind turbines, and formed mass production capacity, and at the same time produced blades, generators, towers and control systems of wind turbines, thus becoming one of the few enterprises in China that can deliver megawatt wind turbines in batches. Since the establishment of Jiangsu Xinyu Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., the wind farms in Inner Mongolia, Jilin Province and Shanxi Province have been successfully connected to the grid for power generation, which runs well. At the same time, the company's 1.5 MW fans have been successfully exported to the United States and Thailand, creating a precedent for the export of MW-class fans in China and successfully opening up the international market for fan sales. At present, the company has signed the right to develop wind farm resources with a planned capacity of 2 million kilowatts with Baicheng City, Jilin Province, built a local manufacturing base for wind turbines, opened up a new strategic battlefield for new energy business, and laid the foundation for the wind power marketing direction in the next 5- 10 years. The second phase of wind power industrial park is a key infrastructure project of wind power generation, with an investment of 2.3 billion yuan, and will build four core manufacturing areas: fan assembly, motor production, large-scale parts processing and blade and resin production. Strive to produce 700 wind turbines, 2,000 blades and 30,000 tons of special resin for blades every year.

Xinyu Wind Power Technology Research Institute, with an investment of 600 million yuan, is the only wind power industry research institution authorized by the Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province. It has effectively integrated all kinds of research forces of the Group and formed an innovative platform with world-class level, interdisciplinary, gathering first-class talents and major scientific research achievements. The company has a national-level EMC emc lab with an investment of 1 100 million yuan, a 3.8 MW ground full-performance test bench for generator sets and a national-level key laboratory for wind power generation, which provides a reliable platform for R&D and industrialization of generator sets, and its strong ground test capability has been recognized by domestic and foreign merchants. At the same time, the cooperation with international authoritative organizations to develop a brand-new 2 MW direct-drive wind turbine with independent intellectual property rights has also entered small batch production, and the development and design of 3 MW offshore wind turbine has started. With Jiangsu Xinyu Energy Logistics Co., Ltd. as the core, it currently covers an area of 6.5438+0.6 million square meters, with a construction area of about 70,000 square meters and an investment of 65.438+0.5 billion yuan, which can meet the business needs of 300 households. The annual turnover of steel products is 65.438 million tons, the daily turnover is 3,000 tons, and the annual turnover is 5 billion yuan. With the first phase put into use, the second phase revitalized the group's standard industrial workshop of 250,000 square meters, covering an area of nearly 400 mu of assets.
