1. Download and install the new payslip APP, and register the login account.
2. Click the "Public Signboard" icon on the home page to enter the public sign page.
3. Click the "+"sign in the upper right corner of the bulletin board page and select the bulletin board picture to upload.
4. Click "OK" button, upload a picture of the bulletin board and fill in relevant information, such as project name, construction unit, salary payment, etc.
