1. Submit the extension procedure of safety production license, and the competent department will accept it.

Step 2 review
Review the application materials transferred by the accepting personnel according to the review standards. Step 3 decide
Make a decision on the application for administrative license. Agree to the audit opinion, sign the opinion and inform the personnel. Do not agree with the review opinions, put forward opinions and reasons in writing, and inform the personnel. It takes 4 working days.
4. Approve the extension
If an administrative license is granted, a notice of the processing result and the safety production license of the construction enterprise shall be made within 3 working days, and the license certificate shall be delivered to the applicant within 10.
If an administrative license is not granted, a notice of the result shall be made within 3 working days, explaining the reasons and the right of the applicant to apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law, and the notice of the result and the application materials shall be returned to the applicant.
