① After logging in to the "Traffic Management12123" app, enter the business process of motor vehicle registration application through the business center → motor vehicle registration application. Note: Users can apply for motor vehicle registration for their registered non-operating minibuses.
(2) Select the motor vehicle that needs to apply for transfer, select the transfer city in the transfer destination selection interface, check the check box of holding the identity certificate of the transfer destination, carefully read the business instructions for motor vehicle transfer application, and click the read consent button to enter the confirmation information interface.
(3) Enter the confirmation information interface to check the owner, license plate type, license plate number, transfer location and other information. After confirmation, click Get Verification Code, enter SMS Verification Code, and click Submit button to complete the motor vehicle transfer application.
(4) After the application is successful, the vehicle management office of the transfer-out place will make the electronic data of the transferred-in file, and the vehicle management office of the transfer-in place will accept the user's application after receiving the electronic data.
Vehicle online filing is aimed at moving out of the motor vehicle registration place. Applicants no longer need to go to the dmv where they move out to collect paper files, and the file information is transferred to the dmv where they move in through the network, which reduces the waiting time for collecting files and the inconvenience of carrying, keeping and transferring files. Article 9 To apply for motor vehicle registration, the following documents and vouchers shall be submitted:
(a) the identity certificate of the owner of the motor vehicle;
(2) Proof of the origin of the motor vehicle;
(3) The factory certificate of the whole motor vehicle or the import certificate of the imported motor vehicle;
(four) vehicle purchase tax payment certificate or tax exemption certificate;
(5) Other certificates and vouchers required by laws and administrative regulations when registering motor vehicles.
The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall complete the examination and verification of motor vehicle registration within five working days from the date of accepting the application, and shall issue the motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate and driving license to those who meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph; If the applicant does not meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph, it shall explain to the applicant the reasons for not registering.
Except as otherwise provided in this Law, no unit or individual other than the traffic administrative department of the public security organ may issue motor vehicle number plates or require motor vehicles to hang other number plates.
The style of motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate and driving license shall be stipulated and supervised by the public security department of the State Council.
Tenth motor vehicles approved for registration shall meet the national technical standards for motor vehicle safety. When applying for motor vehicle registration, motor vehicle safety technical inspection shall be accepted. However, if the new motor vehicle models produced by enterprises recognized by the national competent department of motor vehicle products according to the national safety technical standards for motor vehicles meet the national safety technical standards for motor vehicles and obtain the inspection certificate, they shall be exempted from safety technical inspection.
