Its production process is unique, fat but not greasy, thin but not firewood, rich in nutrition, rotten but boneless, and golden in color. Texas, referred to as "Germany", was called Ande in ancient times. It is located in the east of China, northwest of Shandong and north of the lower Yellow River. It is the northwest gate of Shandong Province, bordering Cangzhou City in Hebei Province in the north, Jinan City and Liaocheng City in the south, Hengshui City in Hebei Province in the west and Binzhou City in the east.
