2. Class B engineering cost consulting enterprises can engage in engineering cost consulting business of various construction projects with engineering cost less than 50 million yuan;
3. Where an engineering cost consulting enterprise establishes a branch company, it shall put it on record within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license of the branch company: the competent construction department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government shall report it to the competent construction department of the State Council for the record within 20 days from the date of accepting the record;
4. Engineering cost consulting enterprises with branches are responsible for undertaking business, signing contracts and issuing engineering cost achievement documents;
5. Undertaking business across provinces and regions: It shall be filed with the competent construction department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where the construction project is located within 30 days from the date of undertaking business.
