It is worth mentioning that once the case is put on file for compulsory execution, the debtor will be included in the "list of persons executed in the Supreme People's Court" and leave a bad record, the credit of enterprises or individuals will also be affected, and bank loans will also be restricted. Some daily consumption behaviors of car owners may also be affected, for example, bank accounts are frozen and WeChat payment function cannot be used. At the same time, the Dongguan Road Parking Service Center will also close the payment port, and the owner needs to go to the court to pay the execution fee and the execution fee.
ETC toll is an administrative fee approved by the people's government and should be paid into the state treasury in full. After the ETC toll is stopped, the collection management department will strictly recover the ETC toll from the owners who have not paid the ETC toll to maintain the continuity and fairness of the toll collection policy.
Article 9 of the Measures for the Administration of Bank Card Receipt implements real-name management of special merchants, and strictly examines the business license and other supporting documents of special merchants, as well as the valid identity documents of the legal representative or person in charge and other application materials. If the special merchant is a natural person, the acquiring institution shall review its valid identity documents.
Where a special merchant uses the company's bank settlement account as the acquiring bank settlement account, the acquiring institution shall also examine and verify the documents proving that it legally owns the account.
Article 12 In the bank card acceptance agreement, the acquiring institution shall require the special merchants to fulfill the following basic obligations:
(1) Accepting bank cards based on the real transaction background of goods or services, and complying with the acceptance requirements of the corresponding bank card brands, and not discriminating or excluding cardholders of the same bank card brand and different issuing banks;
(2) Use the acceptance terminal (online payment interface) and settlement account of the acquiring bank according to regulations, and shall not use them to engage in or assist others in illegal activities;
(3) Properly handle transaction data and information, keep transaction vouchers, and ensure the security of transaction information;
(4) It is not allowed to charge the cardholder extra fees or reduce the service level for using the bank card.
