2. The coach car of the driving school training ground shall be equipped with a timing system.
The new national standard requires all coaches to be equipped with timing systems on-board equipment. This is also an important prerequisite for Changsha's driving and training industry to fully implement timing mileage training this year. At present, there are more than 6,000 coaches in Changsha, most of which are not equipped with timing system, and the pressure of vehicle transformation is also considerable.
3. Driving school training ground must add urban road simulation.
The new national standard not only has clear requirements for hardware facilities such as coaching area and lane length, but also adds new contents to the setting of training subjects. In the new national standard, the content of simulating urban roads has been added to the training setting of subject 2, requiring driving schools to add the content of simulating urban roads in the training lanes of their training grounds, including traffic lights, bus stop signs, school areas, public railway intersections, crosswalks and so on.
4. Ask the driving school to increase the file management post.
In the new national standard, regarding the establishment of driving school management institutions, it is very clear that driving schools must increase file managers, posts and files, and the training files of students must be kept for more than four years. The new national standard attaches so much importance to training files, mainly to facilitate the implementation of accountability after traffic accidents, which requires driving schools to ensure the quality of training and is conducive to cultivating students' awareness of safe driving.
Note: The new national standard for driving training relaxes the qualification requirements for coaches, cancels the age limit of 60 years for theoretical coaches, and expands the scope of academic qualifications. As long as you have a driver's license, you can have a technical secondary school degree or above in traffic management, machinery and automobile related majors. In addition to the driver's license, trucks and buses with business nature must also have the qualification certificate.
