Will the driver's license with a history of drug abuse be checked in the traffic police force?

The inspection letter issued by the traffic police team to the driver's license of people with a history of drug abuse does not stipulate how many days to check. But it will be checked by the traffic police.

The verification letter issued by the traffic police team for the driver's license of people with a history of drug abuse is based on the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's License: "Article 67 If a motor vehicle driver has one of the following circumstances, the vehicle management office shall cancel his motor vehicle driver's license: (6) If he is found to be driving a motor vehicle after taking or injecting drugs, he is implementing community detoxification, compulsory isolation detoxification and community rehabilitation measures, or his long-term dependence on psychotropic drugs has not been cured;"

At work, the comprehensive application platform of public security traffic management is networked with the national anti-drug information management system to automatically identify the driver's state. If the country meets the above conditions, the system will automatically cancel his driver's license. Therefore, if the driver has any objection to the identity of his personnel, he will bring his driver's license to the vehicle management office to raise an objection and receive a verification letter, which will be verified by the vehicle management office in conjunction with the anti-drug department. The verification result does not belong to the circumstances that should be cancelled. If the anti-drug department issues a certificate and corrects the identity of its personnel in the national anti-drug information management system, the vehicle management office may restore the driver's license.
