According to the Notice on Printing and Distributing issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438+05] No.47) and the Notice of General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on the Work Plan of Professional and Technical Personnel's Professional Qualification Examination in 20021Year and Related Matters (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20021] No.4), 20265438.

I. Pilot cities

202 1 7 pilot cities in the first half of the year, namely: Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Dalian, Shenzhen, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Qinhuangdao, Shenyang, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Hefei, Jinan, Zhengzhou, Wuhan and Changsha. See annex 1 for the examination implementation institutions and contact information of each pilot city.

According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Strengthening the Safety Work of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438+06] No.64), applicants should sign up for the examination in the city where they are currently working or registered.

Second, the basic conditions and other requirements for examination registration

(A) the basic conditions for examination registration

1. Comply with national laws, regulations and industry standards and norms;

2. Adhere to the basic principles of honesty, fairness and justice;

3. Observe professional ethics.

(two) other requirements for the registration of the real estate broker associate exam.

To apply for taking the associate professional qualification examination of real estate agents, one should have the basic conditions for the above-mentioned examination registration, and should also have a secondary school or high school education.

(3) Other requirements for the registration of real estate agents.

Persons who sign up for the professional qualification examination of real estate agents shall meet one of the following conditions in addition to the basic conditions for registration in the above-mentioned examination:

1. After passing the examination, he has obtained the national professional qualification certificate of real estate broker assistant and has been engaged in real estate brokerage business for 6 years;

2. Obtain a college degree and have worked for 6 years, including 3 years in real estate brokerage business;

3. Obtain a bachelor's degree and have worked for 4 years, including 2 years in real estate brokerage business;

4. Graduated from double bachelor's degree or postgraduate class, and worked for 3 years, including real estate brokerage business 1 year;

5. Get a master's degree (education) and have worked for 2 years, including real estate brokerage business 1 year;

6. Get a doctorate.

Third, the examination subjects and examination scope

There are ***2 subjects in the associate professional qualification examination of real estate agents, namely "Comprehensive Ability of Real Estate Agents" and "Operation Practice of Real Estate Agents"; The examination scope is determined by the Outline of National Professional Qualification Examination for Real Estate Agents (2020).

There are four subjects in the professional qualification examination for real estate brokers, namely, real estate trading system and policy, introduction to real estate brokerage profession, professional foundation of real estate brokerage and real estate brokerage operation; The examination scope is determined by the Outline of National Professional Qualification Examination for Real Estate Agents (2020).

Applicants who meet the requirements of some exemption subjects can apply for exemption 1 examination subjects at the time of registration. See Annex 2 for the conditions and relevant provisions of the exemption part.

China Society of Real Estate Appraisers and Real Estate Agents (hereinafter referred to as China Housing Department) organized and compiled the corresponding examination book (the third edition in 2020) according to the above examination subjects and examination syllabus, which was published by China Building Industry Press. Candidates can check the exam outline and exam book style in the "Qualification Examination" column of China Real Estate Agency Network (www.agents.org.cn).

Fourth, the examination registration and admission ticket printing

(A) the examination registration time

Applicants are requested to log on to the "National Professional Qualification Examination Service Platform for Real Estate Agents" (hereinafter referred to as the examination service platform) of China Real Estate Agency Network (www.agents.org.cn) during the above-mentioned examination registration period, and pay the examination fee before April 20, 20021year. Successful registration requires an examination fee.

(2) Examination fee standard and payment method

The examination fee is RMB 90 yuan per subject. Candidates pay the examination fee through the examination service platform when registering. After the examination fee is closed, if the applicants are unable to take the examination for their own reasons, the examination fee will not be refunded.

Except for China Housing School, no unit or individual may charge any examination fee to the applicants, such as the examination implementation institutions and examination service institutions in the pilot cities.

(3) Download the examination fee invoice

After May 15, Zhongfangxue will issue an electronic ordinary VAT invoice for the applicant. The download method of electronic invoice for examination fee is as follows:

1. Log on to the examination service platform to download;

2. Download the email address reserved when logging in;

3. Take the email or mobile phone number reserved at the time of registration as the user name, and download it after registration on the invoice website (www.fapiao.com).

The legal effect, basic purpose and usage rules of electronic VAT invoice are the same as those of paper VAT invoice, and it can be downloaded, printed and used. According to the relevant regulations of the tax department, the invoice of the individual examination fee can be reimbursed.

(4) Matters needing attention in examination registration

1. The deadline for exemption in relevant years in the examination registration conditions and examination subject conditions is 2021April 15.

2. The photo of the certificate uploaded at the time of registration will be used for the admission ticket, the seating table of the examination room, the certificate and the certificate inquiry authentication system. Please choose carefully. The specific requirements for photos are as follows: the photo file is in JPG or JPEG format, the pixel is 295px×4 13px, the size is 1 inch ID photo (2.5cm×3.5cm), the size is 10KB, and the background color is white.

3.200 1 year and beyond, graduates with college education or above will upload the academic certification report with QR code from China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xue Xin Net, www.chsi.com.cn); For others, upload the original diploma.

4. Applicants who meet the requirements of some exemption subjects should choose the corresponding exemption conditions and exemption subjects in the "exemption conditions" column of the application information. The applicant can waive the exemption. If "None" is selected in the column of "Exemption Conditions", it means exemption.

5. According to the spirit of Notice on Doing a Good Job for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents to Participate in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel held in the Mainland (No.9 [2005] of the Ministry of Civil Affairs) and Notice on Opening the Qualification Examination for Some Professional and Technical Personnel to the Residents of Taiwan Province Province (No.78 [2007] of the Ministry of Civil Affairs), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can apply to participate in the professional qualification examination for real estate agents. In order to make statistics on the registration of residents in Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province Province, applicants are requested to fill in the relevant information accurately when filling in the registration information.

6. Applicants should truthfully fill in relevant information and upload supporting materials when registering to ensure that the information filled in is true, complete, accurate and effective. False positives and false negatives are at your own risk. Once the application information has been approved by the pilot city examination implementation institution, it may not be modified in principle.

(5) Print the admission ticket

Successful applicants can log on to the examination service platform from May 24th to 30th (202 1) to print the admission ticket.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) exam arrangement

(1) Date and place of the exam

Examination dates are 2021May 29th (Saturday) and 30th (Sunday). The specific examination time and place of each examination subject can be found in the admission ticket.

If it is really necessary to adjust due to special reasons, it will be published on China Real Estate Brokerage Network in time. Please pay attention.

(2) Examination time

The examination duration of each subject of the real estate agent assistant professional qualification examination is 1.5 hours, and the examination duration of each subject of the real estate agent professional qualification examination is 2.5 hours.

(3) Examination methods

All examination subjects adopt closed-book and computerized examination (referred to as computer examination), that is, obtaining test questions, answering questions and submitting answer results at computer terminals.

The computer test will be held in China real estate agency network from April 29th to May 28th, 2002/KLOC-0. During this period, applicants can log on to the examination service platform and get familiar with the computer-based examination environment and electronic examination forms in advance.

(4) Do a good job in epidemic prevention.

In order to implement the national epidemic prevention and control policy and ensure the compliance and safety of the examination room, candidates should strictly abide by the national and local epidemic prevention requirements, obey the arrangement of the examination room and cooperate with the implementation of various epidemic prevention measures.

Six, examination results query and qualification certificate collection

(A) examination results release and query

The test results will be announced within two months after the test date. At that time, applicants can log on to the test service platform to check their test scores and print transcripts.

(B) the rolling cycle of test scores

The examination results of all subjects are managed in a rolling way.

Those who take the professional qualification examination for real estate agent assistants must pass all (2) examination subjects within 2 consecutive examination years; However, those who meet the requirements of some exemption subjects and have not given up the exemption qualification but only take the 1 examination subject must pass the examination in the 1 examination year before they can obtain the qualification certificate.

Those who participate in the professional qualification examination of real estate agents must pass all (4) examination subjects within 4 consecutive examination years; However, those who meet the requirements of some exemption subjects and have not given up the exemption qualification and only participated in three exemption subjects must pass the examination of the examination subjects within three consecutive examination years before obtaining the qualification certificate.

(3) Obtaining a qualification certificate

Those who pass the examination within the prescribed time limit shall obtain the corresponding "People's Republic of China (PRC) Real Estate Agent Professional Qualification Certificate" (hereinafter referred to as the qualification certificate) supervised by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, which is valid nationwide.

After receiving the qualification certificate, please ask qualified personnel to collect it from the examination implementation institution in the pilot city where the registration is located.

Seven. Related requirements

(a) the implementation of the pilot city examination institutions should be in accordance with the requirements of this notice, in a timely manner through the examination service platform administrator entrance to the candidates for qualification examination and data statistics. The completion date of qualification examination shall be no later than April 20021year 17.

(two) the implementation of the pilot city examination institutions should conduct a comprehensive and careful inspection of the location of the examination room, the number of seats and the preparation of the examination room before the examination date; During the examination, the inspectors shall be arranged to carefully check the discipline of the examination room, and the invigilators shall be strictly required to implement the relevant provisions of the examination room:

1. Candidates are not allowed to bring communication equipment and electronic equipment with calculation and storage functions when entering the examination room; Those who are brought into the examination room should cut off the power supply and store it in the designated location with other items. They are not allowed to take it to their seats.

2. After candidates enter the examination room, invigilators should carefully check the admission ticket and identity documents.

3. Acts that violate the examination discipline and relevant regulations shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Acts in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (OrderNo. 102). (3) Zhongfangxue does not publish exam problem sets (full-real simulation questions), and has never authorized or entrusted any unit or individual to publish exam problem sets (full-real simulation questions).

The implementation institutions of the test in pilot cities shall, in strict accordance with the spirit of this circular, seriously organize the implementation of the 20021first half of this year's professional qualification examination for real estate agents in this city. If there are any problems in the process of examination registration and examination implementation, please report them to China Housing Institute in time.
