Call center license is the abbreviation of the second kind of value-added telecom business license. It is divided into whole network call center card and ground network call center card. It is a license issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to allow enterprises to operate inbound and outbound telephone services.
Call center business refers to the establishment of information base through information collection, processing and storage by using the call center system and database technology connected with the public communication network or the Internet, entrusted by enterprises and other relevant units, and providing users with services such as business consultation, information consultation and data inquiry about their own units through the public communication network. Among them, the whole network call center license is handled by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the ground network call center license is handled by the provincial communication administrations.
Enterprises that want to apply for a call center license need to meet the following conditions:
1, a company established by the operator according to law;
2. Having funds and professionals suitable for business activities;
3, feasibility study report and related technical solutions;
4. Necessary sites and facilities;
5. Have the reputation and ability to provide users with long-term services;
6. There have been no major violations in the last three years.
At the same time, prepare the following materials for applying for a call center license:
1. Fill in the business application information form;
2. Color scanned copy of the original business license of the company;
3. The company's industrial and commercial archives query the original articles of association and the color scanned copy of the first-level shareholder certification materials;
4. Color scanned copy of the original legal person ID card;
5. Color scanned copies of the original ID cards of the three main managers and the color scanned copies of the social security certificates of the last three months;
6. The original house lease agreement and the original certificate of the lessor's house ownership (house book);
7. Other materials required by local communication administration/Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
