Among them, it is the most time-consuming to draw up a store name, because the state stipulates that enterprises are only allowed to use one name, and it must not be the same as or similar to the registered enterprises in the same industry within the jurisdiction of the registration authority. After years of precipitation, many common good-sounding and easy-to-use font names have been registered, so if the words you name now are not uncommon enough, I am afraid it will not be easy to pass.
Regarding the approximation of font size, taking Shanghai as an example, there are several situations that can be judged as approximation:
(1) Enterprise names all contain industry terms, with the same font size and industry terms, but different organizational forms;
(2) The names of enterprises all contain trade terms, with the same font size and different trade terms but the same meaning;
(3) The names of enterprises all contain trade terms, with the same font size and pronunciation, similar fonts, and the same words or meanings in trade terms;
(four) the name of the enterprise does not contain trade terms, and the font size is the same, but the organizational form is different;
(five) the name of the enterprise does not contain the industry expression, and the pronunciation of the font size is the same and the font is similar.
Excluding the same and similar font sizes, which font sizes can't pass?
(a) detrimental to the interests of the state and society;
(two) may cause deception or misunderstanding to the public;
(3) Names of foreign countries (regions) and international organizations;
(four) the name of the political party, the name of the party, government and military organs, the name of the mass organization, the name of the social organization and the number of the army;
(5) Chinese Pinyin, Numbers and Traditional Chinese Characters;
(6) It is prohibited by other laws and administrative regulations.
According to national regulations, the font size must be more than two words. If your font size is more than two words, take the Shanghai name registration window as an example. After reviewing the unqualified words, they will check every two. What is a two-stage investigation? For example, the font size of "Shanghai Qiying Weikun Business Consulting Co., Ltd." is four words, so when reviewing the name, we will check whether the three font sizes of "Qi Ying", "Wei Ying" and "Wei Kun" are in compliance. If any arrangement is the same or similar or illegal, the font size will not pass. Therefore, the pass rate of two-word names will be relatively greater than that of multi-word names.
Once the same font size appears in the same industry, the font size cannot be used unless all the names with the same font size are authorized.
