Xiamen Ocean Vocational and Technical College Siming Campus 1 is located at No.61,Tiyu Road, Siming District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province. It is the main campus of Xiamen Ocean Vocational and Technical College. Its predecessor was the Fisheries Department of Jimei School, which was founded in 1920 by Mr. Chen Jiageng, a famous patriotic overseas Chinese leader. It is one of the earliest cradles in Fujian Province to train technical personnel in water navigation, with a history of more than 90 years.

Siming Campus has six departments, including navigation technology, information technology, business administration, biotechnology, mechanical and electrical engineering and basic department, and offers 32 majors, including navigation technology, marine engineering, aquaculture technology and electronic information engineering technology. There are more than 9,000 students and 372 full-time and part-time teachers, among whom 25.9% have the title of associate senior or above, and 70% are double-qualified teachers.
