What diseases do unclear language expression, inattention and poor fine movements belong to?

Unclear language expression, inattention and poor fine movements are all due to insufficient concentration.

In order to help you concentrate, I suggest you do the following mental exercises of "concentration".

You decide to spend about 20 minutes concentrating. To do this, please find a quiet place and a flower or a lighted candle, and then focus on the target you choose (or the stamen of a flower or the bright spot of a lighted candle). In order to fully concentrate, you can take some time to completely relax yourself and then focus on your goals.

After you feel that your body has naturally breathed and relaxed at your own pace, sit alone in a quiet place, make sure that you have not been disturbed by any outside world for at least 15 minutes, and seriously stare at flowers or candles. First, you feel its existence and its essence, and you realize its mystery and beauty. You should remind yourself not to rush to complete this meditation on all the essential contents of the observed object. Then, pay close attention to the following details: its color depth, shape and morphology, and its relationship with other objects around it, and so on. Next, focus on this goal, and at the same time, you still breathe slowly and relax. Then, I meditate with the concept of "becoming things" of ancient Buddhists, which is a vivid way of integrating subject and object.

You don't need to explore this process rationally, and you don't need to try to understand it. Instead, allow yourself to experience the significance of observing this goal with your heart, and keep your attention on this goal, gradually extending the time until it appears in your imagination, as if you have integrated with it, and then your life will be sublimated.

You should do this mental exercise at least three times, and you will notice its role in completely concentrating your thoughts. When your mind becomes strong through concentrated practice, you will find that the problems of life no longer bother you. In fact, it becomes a problem only when you think it is a problem. Once you have experienced this change in your perception of a flower or a lighted candle, you can apply this perceptual attitude to other things, from personal life to work, from reading to reading difficult reports or getting all kinds of information at important meetings.
