1. Ask whether the property of the responsible judge has been sealed up.
2. Go to the property registration department where the property is located to check whether the property has been sealed up.
According to Article 9 of the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Attachment, Seizure and Freezing of Property in Civil Execution by People's Courts,
If the real estate is sealed up, the people's court shall post a seal or make an announcement, and may extract and preserve the relevant real estate title certificate.
Where registered immovable property, specific movable property and other property rights are sealed up, detained or frozen, the relevant registration authority shall be notified to go through the registration formalities. Those who have not gone through the registration formalities shall not object to other sealing-up, seizure and freezing acts that have gone through the registration formalities.
