Bouguer gravity anomaly is a reflection of deep structures, especially deep faults and magmatic activities since Mesozoic, and it mostly appears in gravity low zones bounded by gradient zones, such as Yixingzhai-Qiangbo-Shizui gravity low zone, Tanshang-Tuancheng gravity low zone and Zhongzhuangpu-Ran Zhuang gravity low zone (Xu Jun et al., 1989), all of which are Mesozoic magma (deep to ultra-shallow) controlled by deep faults. In such a belt, closed or semi-closed negative anomalies are often the center of subvolcanic activity. For example, Tanshang, Yixingzhai and Qiangbo are known gold mineralization concentration areas. Therefore, the small silver factory in Hunyuan, Shangwenzhuang, Zhongzhuangpu and Wutai Tiewa Temple in the above-mentioned low gravity areas are worthy of attention.
Aeromagnetic anomalies mainly reflect the distribution of basic volcanic rocks and BIF in greenstone belts, and their strong magnetism is a good sign of the spatial distribution of ore source beds. Among these strong magnetic anomaly zones, the areas with low relative values may be areas of strong carbonate facies or oxide facies that are not iron, such as Kangjiagou-Daxigou, Lingdicun-Shangweidi, etc., all of which are areas where carbonate facies iron formation and carbonation develop. Except for local high anomaly (greater than 300γ), the value of 7 is generally low or even negative in the north of Kangjiagou and west of Lingdi Village, which is a favorable area for greenstone and BIF metamorphic-hydrothermal stratabound and vein gold deposits.
Aeromagnetic anomaly is also a reflection of Mesozoic volcanic mechanism and regional structure. Typical subvolcanic rock development areas such as Yixingzhai, Santiaoling and Wang Zhuang are positive anomalies, while strong waves and beaches are negative anomalies, all of which are good. It can be seen that Moyugou-Hanshui may also be an active area of Mesozoic subvolcanic rocks. The greenstone and Beitai granite gneiss complex is a transition zone with strong magnetism and weak magnetism (negative value), which is a reflection of the ancient fault between them. Therefore, it has certain metallogenic significance and should be considered in regional metallogenic prediction. This magnetic anomaly transition zone is manifested in different degrees in the northern part of Lingqiu Mountain and the eastern part of Wutai Mountain.
