About the first phase project of Xiaoshan Nanyang-Peng Yi section of Zhenhai-Xiaoshan Highway in Qiantang New District, the project of Xiaoshan Nanyang-Peng Yi section of Zhenhai-Xiaoshan Highway in Qiantang New District is located in the south of Dajiangdong area in Qiantang New District, Hangzhou. The general trend is from west to east, starting from the east entrance of Genshan Road River Crossing Tunnel Project (under construction) in the west, and reaching the intersection of Toupeng Road (under planning) in the east, passing through Nanyang Street, Hezhuang Street and Peng Yi Street. This project is planned once and implemented in two phases.
The first phase of Zhenhai-Xiaoshan Highway Xiaoshan Nanyang-Qiantang New Area Peng Yi Section adopts two layers: upper elevated road and lower ground road, both of which adopt the first-class highway standard, taking into account the urban road function.
