The total length of the tunnel is 14.84 km, the maximum buried depth is 1 185 m, and it is the highest altitude of high-speed railway in the west, with extremely complicated topographic and geological conditions. All participating units and the builders of Guangtong-Dali Railway organized the construction scientifically, vigorously carried out scientific and technological innovation, overcame various difficulties, and ensured the safe and smooth progress of the project. On September 20 16 and 12, Xi' an-cheng high-speed railway Daqinling tunnel was completed, which laid a solid foundation for promoting the comprehensive construction of Xicheng high-speed railway.
The Qinling Tunnel, which passes through the main vein of the Qinling Mountains, is located in Laoyu Township, Huxian County, Xi City and Xinchang Township, ningshan county, Ankang City. It is bounded by Dongling Ridge of Qinling Mountains, with Laoyu Township in the north and Xinchang Township in the south. The average elevation in the tunnel is1300-2638m, which is the highest elevation in the whole line, and the total length is14.84km, which is the second longest in the whole line. It is the key control project of Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Line and one of the six first-class risk tunnels in the whole line.
The tunnel started on February 6, 2065, and was completed on September 2, 2065, with a construction time of 1304 days. The tunnel crossing section is located in the Qinling fold belt, with extremely complex geological structure, strong deformation and extremely rich groundwater, which is a high-risk tunnel. Daqinling Tunnel is the most critical and difficult control project in the construction of the Qinling section of Xicheng high-speed railway. Crossing the main vein of the Yellow River, the Yangtze River and the Qinling Mountains, the slope of the tunnel line ranks first in the national high-speed railway, and the altitude is the highest in Xicheng high-speed railway. It is the only tunnel for Xicheng high-speed railway to cross the main vein of Qinling Mountains.
The completion of this tunnel marks the completion of the tunnel construction of Shaanxi section of Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Line crossing the main mountain range of Qinling Mountains, from which the natural moat becomes a thoroughfare, and it is also the last tunnel of Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Line crossing the main mountain range of Qinling Mountains.
Construction difficulty
Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Line runs through Guanzhong Plain, Qinling Mountain Area, Hanzhong Plain and Daba Mountain Area from north to south, and its geological conditions are extremely complicated. It is a high-standard modern railway with the most mountainous features under construction in China. In particular, the section of Shaanxi Province where the line passes is very complicated in geology and geomorphology, which is a difficult and important area for the design and construction of the whole line.
The Shaanxi section of Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Line is dominated by bridges and tunnels, with 48 bridges127 km/and 34 tunnels189 km/,and the bridge-tunnel ratio is as high as 92. 1%, including 78.9 km /32 bridges and 32 tunnels1kloc-in Hanzhong. The total length of the line crossing the Qinling Mountains is135km, the tunnel mileage is as high as127km, and the bridge-tunnel ratio is as high as 94%. There are * * * 7 extra-long tunnels 10km or more, of which the designed longest Tianhuashan double-track tunnel is 15958m long.
On April 27-30, 2009, the Ministry of Railways held a feasibility study review meeting for the Xi-Jiangyou section of the Xi-Chengdu Passenger Dedicated Line in Beijing. In the comparison of the construction schemes of the tunnel group crossing the Qinling Mountains from 2000 to 3000 meters, the Laoyu-Foping scheme obtained six pre-selected schemes, including Taipingyu-Ningshan, Laoyu-Foping and Shitouhe-Baohe. The route selection of Xicheng high-speed railway has also come to an end.
The steep slope of 25‰ is adopted for the first time in the tunnel group in Qinling Mountain area of Xicheng Railway, and the continuous section of steep slope is 46 kilometers long, which is the first attempt of high-standard modern railway construction in mountainous areas proposed by China. Because the continuous large ramp in mountainous areas has an important influence on the traction braking, traction power supply, operation safety and operation ability of motor cars, many key technical problems need to be overcome.
In order to overcome the difficult problem of building high-speed railway in steep and complex mountainous areas, the First Railway Institute carried out the research on "Related Technology of High-speed Railway with Continuous Long Slope, Extra-long Tunnel and Tunnel Group" in advance, and designed and selected a steep slope of 25‰ with a continuous slope of 47 kilometers, effectively shortening the length of the line crossing the Qinling Mountains, which is a brand-new attempt to build a high-standard modern railway in mountainous areas of China.
