If the phone still crashes after forced restart, the following methods can be used for troubleshooting:
1. The new version of the system improves the compatibility and stability and optimizes the performance. Please go to Settings-System Upgrade (some models are Settings-My Device -iQOOUI Version) to check the system version information. If it is not the latest version, it is recommended to upgrade the experience.
2. If running a certain software causes the phone to crash, and some third-party software is incompatible with the system, it may cause the phone to crash and restart. It is recommended to press and hold the software icon on the desktop > application information > save or set > application and permissions > application management > find the corresponding software > store, click "clear data" and "clear cache", if necessary, please back up the software data, and then download and install the software in the app store again after uninstalling.
Note: Please back up the data in the software before this operation to avoid loss and irrecoverability.
3. Please check the remaining storage space of your phone. If the storage space is low, the system performance will drop sharply. It is suggested that I housekeeper clean up the storage space of the mobile phone in time, uninstall the software that is not commonly used, and keep the remaining storage space above 20%.
Note: Uninstalling the software will delete the software data. Please pay attention to backup data.
4. If necessary, after backing up the mobile phone data, go to Settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and Reset-Clear all data and reset the mobile phone.
Note: "Clear all data" will restore the mobile phone to its initial state and delete all data in the system space of the mobile phone, including account number, system and application data and settings, and installed applications. Please back up the important data on your mobile phone before operation.
5. If the above methods can't be solved, please back up the important data of the mobile phone in advance and take it to the vivo customer service center for testing and processing.
Tips: It is recommended to bring relevant purchase vouchers (such as purchase invoices/warranty cards/ID cards) when you go, and call the service center staff in advance to ensure that the staff will go again during normal working hours, avoid running empty, and pay attention to safety on the way back and forth.
