The contents of a house lease contract shall include the following contents:

Both parties' real names, ID numbers, detailed address of the house, monthly rental amount and lease period, deposit (usually one month's rent) and payment date (the rent and deposit in the first half of the year are credited to the landlord's account (card) before renting the house, and the rent is paid once every six months, and written clearly in the last few months of each year).
