What's the latest development of Nanyang SEG Electronic City?

According to the inquiry of official website of Nanyang Housing and Construction Bureau, as of July 12, 2023, the construction of Nanyang SEG Electronic City was stopped due to financial problems, and it was in an unfinished state. Nanyang, formerly known as Wan, is a prefecture-level city and sub-central city under the jurisdiction of Henan Province, an important transportation hub in the central region approved by the State Council, and a regional central city in the border area between Henan, Hubei and Shaanxi.
