3. The registered place and address of the enterprise must be true and verifiable. Commercial and residential buildings in most areas can be used to set up enterprises, and a copy of lease agreement and real estate license is required;
4. The scope of the company's business projects. When you register a company, you must define the business scope, and the business scope in the future cannot exceed the business scope of the company. You can write the business you want to do or may do in the future into the business scope;
5. Articles of Association: When a company is established, it must submit its articles of association to the administrative department for industry and commerce. The company's articles of association define the company's name, business scope, proportion of shareholders and capital contribution, registered capital, rights and obligations of shareholders, directors and supervisors, etc.

To establish a company, it shall apply to the company registration authority for registration of establishment according to law. Those that meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall be registered as limited liability companies or joint stock limited companies respectively by the company registration authority; Those who do not meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company.
Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, the approval procedures shall be handled according to law before the company is registered.
The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about the registered items of the company, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.
