4. Business must be developed in China, without negative behavior, and operated in full accordance with the Regulations on Direct Selling Management and the Regulations on MLM Prohibition.
5. Having been legally operating in China for five years, you must have a product R&D and production base in China, have a good business reputation, and have no major illegal business records for five consecutive years before applying. Foreign investors should have at least three years' experience in direct selling activities outside China before applying.
