The function and operation of card debit account are the same as those of UnionPay personal ordinary RMB debit card issued by China Bank. Electronic cash accounts do not pay interest, do not report the loss, and do not need to use passwords for payment transactions.

On the basis of the financial function of magnetic stripe debit card, the old trade union card has added electronic cash payment functions such as small off-line consumption, deposit and withdrawal, inquiry, and Ningbo citizens' application functions (Ningbo bus application, vegetable market application).
On the basis of the above-mentioned old card, the new version of the trade union card has added the application functions in Ningbo's transportation field, including: public transportation, rail, public bicycles, etc.

Ningbo City (Haishu District, jiangdong district, Jiangbei District, Yinzhou District, zhenhai district, Beilun District, Daxie Island and Meishan Island) enjoys a 60% discount on public transportation, and free transfer within 1 hour, and suburban counties such as Fenghua, Cixi and Yuyao realize a 10% discount on public transportation.
