The Civil Aviation Safety Inspection Rules stipulate that:
Article 29? The safety inspection of passengers and their luggage includes document inspection, personal inspection, carry-on baggage inspection and checked baggage inspection.
Article 31? Passengers on domestic flights should show their valid identity documents and valid flight certificates. If the passenger information, valid flight identity documents and valid flight certificates are consistent, the civil aviation security inspection agency shall affix inspection marks.
Article 32? Passengers should pass the personal security inspection equipment in turn for personal inspection.
