Plot:
Tian Dali, the young coach of Nanhai Women's Volleyball Team, bid farewell to the respected teacher Wu Zhenya and took her five-year-old daughter Xiaoli, who lost her mother as a child, to teach independently in the north. One day, he found a good seed, Ling Xue, on the skating rink and fell in love with each other in training. In order not to affect the future development, Tian tried to restrain her feelings regardless of her opposition and transferred her to Nanhai City to train with Wu Zhenya. During the Cultural Revolution, Wu Zhenya was branded as a "reactionary academic authority" and Tian Dali was killed. After smashing the Gang of Four, coach Wu returned to volleyball as his assistant, and Tian Xiaoli was their favorite player. The main attacker of the team is coach Wu's daughter. Wu and Xiao Li rushed to the depths of the mountains and prepared to return to Dali.
