3. Open the complaint website, click the new user registration link in the upper right corner, fill in the registration information and click the Confirm Registration button.
4. After the registration is successful, log in to the account, click on the home page and I want to appeal or click on the online appeal.
5. Read the notice of appeal, and then click the Read button.
6. Finally, fill in the complaint information, mark it with an asterisk as required, and then click the Submit Complaint button.
